Jon Dunn
Mr Dunn is a veteran of the Flavor and Fragrance industry with extensive domestic and international experience. After a twenty-one year career in various management and sales positions with Bush Boake Allen, he joined Polarome in 1998 as a Senior Vice President. In 2006 he formed his own company Essensaroma LLC (River Vale, NJ) as a specialized ingredient supplier to the Flavor & Fragrance industry.

Christine Varelas
Christine joined Florachem in November of 2007 with 20 years of experience in the flavor and fragrance industry. She provides her customers with value-added sales and support, a role she has been performing for the past 15 years as owner of her own sales and marketing company. Prior to that, Christine worked in Purchasing for Dragoco for five years. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Rosemont College in Pennsylvania.
